Service description
HomeFront is a homeowner tool for organizing custom build decisions, comparing bids, and exporting selection packages. It is not a general contractor, architect, or legal advisor.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents, bid interpretations, and decisions you share with builders. Verify all numbers with licensed professionals before signing contracts.
AI-assisted features
AI extractions and estimates are assistive only. Review all AI output against source documents. Heuristic fallbacks, when enabled, are clearly labeled in the product.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, attempt to access other users' projects, or abuse rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Staging and beta environments may reset without notice.
Limitation of liability
HomeFront is provided "as is." We are not liable for construction cost overruns, bid errors, or decisions made using the app. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
